Malala Yousafzai Early Life:

Malala was born in a Muslim family on 12 July, 1997 in Swat Valley, Pakistan to Ziauddin Yousafzai her father, who is a poet and educational activist. She lived in Mingora with her parents and two younger brothers.

Malala Yousafzai Career:

Malala Yousafzai is a fighter for woman’s education right. She wrote some article in the BBC blog favor in girls’ education where Taliban had at times banned girls from attending school which brought a catastrophe in her life. Only at the age of 11 she started blogging at BBC blog against Taliban attempts. On October 9, 2012 Malala was shot by Taliban gunmen on a school bus when she was on her way home from school. Taliban’s assassination attempts failed but she was critically injured and little more unconscious after her surgery in Pakistan’s hospital. Then she was sent to a hospital in the United Kingdom for intensive rehabilitation. She is now staying here.

Malala Yousafzai Awards:

She is now on her way to winning the Novel Peace Prize and she has been chosen for International Children’s Peace Prize by Desmond Tutu. She achieved Pakistan’s National Youth Peace Prize in 2011.
